I AM ISHIKA
TL;DR I'm changing my story.

Almost a year ago I was managing complex corporate projects as a Strategy Manager. Now I’m in film school, moving toward my goal of becoming a director. I never despised my old life; it offered pride, purpose, and a paycheck. But I knew this had to change. And this change — well, it didn’t arrive in a single moment — it crept in, polite yet persistent, knocking until I finally opened the door. It carried with it an irresistible fragrance, and I had to let it in. Then it offered me a taste of the source of that fragrance — tea, perhaps. And so I haven’t looked at the clock in a while. We sit here now, sharing tea, conversation, ideas, and the quiet possibility that this is only the beginning — that perhaps this tea may never run out.

FROM SPREADSHEETS
I began my career launching markets, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating complex strategy projects—spreadsheets, timelines, and KPIs were my daily language. With a Master’s in Management and years in Berlin’s startup scene, I thrived in structure, analysis, and precision.
